Positional Overview
Imagine Staffing is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Operations to lead and oversee all aspects of operational functions, including supply chain management, logistics, procurement, cost optimization, and warehousing. This strategic leadership role requires a proven track record in distribution operations, supply chain efficiency, and team leadership to drive business growth and enhance customer service.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer lead times and overall service delivery.
- Oversee supply chain management, procurement, and logistics to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Lead initiatives for cost optimization across procurement, logistics, and warehousing.
- Manage and optimize warehousing operations, including inventory management and distribution efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with domestic and international regulations and standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and executive teams to align operational goals with overall business objectives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team.
Skills & Experience
Qualifications That Will Help You Thrive
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management within a distribution environment.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management, procurement, logistics, and warehousing.
- Proven experience in cost optimization and improving customer lead times.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure compliance.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and analytics tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with specialty resins and polymers distribution.
- Familiarity with global trade regulations and international business practices.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
