As a Mail Clerk, you will be responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Your role will support the company by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of important documents and materials to clients and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Process packages and deliveries, ensuring they reach the right person in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and send outgoing mail, packages, and documents.
  • Ensure that all postage and shipping requirements are met, including proper labeling and addressing.
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist with organizing and filing documents that come through the mail.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, or mail handling role is preferred.
  • Ability to handle mail and packages of varying sizes and weights.
  • Basic computer skills for record-keeping and tracking mail deliveries.
