Position: Renewals Manager

Job Overview
The Renewals Manager is a critical, customer-facing role, responsible for driving renewal and retention rates. They are the primary point of contact for the customer and facilitate the renewals process internally across Sales and Customer Success. This consistent voice will facilitate better communication, more predictable renewal timing, and a better overall customer experience. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills as well as an understanding of enterprise software contract pricing and negotiation.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Understanding and management of the renewals process, across all product lines.
- Meeting directly with small to midsized customers to negotiate contract renewal terms and conditions.
- Preparing and adjusting renewal contracts and price quotes.
- Partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to achieve on-time signature of renewals.
- Forecasting customer trends and adjusting processes to enhance retention rates.
- Provide consistent, on-time updates of renewals status in Salesforce.
- Establishing and meeting renewal goals and metrics.

Education & Experience
- Minimum five (5) years in a software Sales or Renewals Management role.
- Degree in the Legal profession a plus.
- Practice in training end-users in eDiscovery applications.
- PMP or another Project Management certification a plus
- ACEDS or another E-Discovery certification a plus
