Argenta has partnered with a rapidly growing Global Contract Logistics company on their search for a Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled leader! Reporting directly to the Vice President of Finance and Treasury, this role involves spearheading a proficient US FP&A team. Responsibilities include financial planning, modeling, reporting, and implementing top-notch FP&A strategies to drive financial operations across all USA facilities. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in leadership, financial strategy, planning, operational and sales support, financial modeling, and technical proficiency to elevate processes and guide fellow leaders effectively.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience serving the 3PL and Contract Logistics Industry in an FP& A leadership capacity.
- Potential niche skills, e-commerce, fulfillment, automation
- Successful tenure from the Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage industry.
- Create complex financial models for risk analysis, forecasting, valuation and more.
- Financial Planning, Finance skills, Analytical skills at the expert level, leading a team within a rapidly growing 3PL supply chain solutions organization.
- Qualitative and Quantitative analysis for C-Suite and Leaders
- Proven ability to collaborate with C-Suite, Leadership and Operations teams.
- Developed ability to communicate with a variety of people with technical and non-technical backgrounds.
- Excellent Communications skills, ability to translate complex financial concepts in to action, serving multiple business units and teams.
- A proven track record of integrating cutting-edge financial software and tools.
- Strong track record of Financial Analytical Skills, keen ability to draw accurate conclusions and make recommendations.
- Financial Modeling to serve leaders and determine which areas of the business are driving success and which areas of the business need adjustments and improvements.
- Financial Reporting and Risk Analysis
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience and record of accurate predictions.
- Help sales, operations and startups make informed decisions about their business plans, funding, valuation, and growth strategies.
- Proven track record of leading a lean and effective FP&A team.
- Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- A Tenure from the Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in a related field
- Proven track record of leading a successful FP&A team for a rapidly growing and scaling supply chain and/or contract logistics organization.
- Experience must include supporting and driving successful operations, sales, and continuous improvement from a data-driven financial perspective.
- Has effectively served leaders across various levels within contract logistics or supply chain serves organizations.
Travel Requirements:
- 25-50% (as needed)
