Data Analyst

We are looking for an analyst with 2+ years of experience to help build Underwriting and Collections scoring models, and leverage data from various sources including consumer credit reports for portfolio management. In this role you will also partner with cross-functional teams including Underwriting, Collections, IT, Marketing, and Compliance to provide analytics support for key company initiatives. You will perform other ad hoc analytics projects as needed. The ideal candidate will have at least a bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Econometrics or STEM with a strong knowledge of Python, SQL, familiarity with R, VS code also highly desirable, working knowledge of standard Microsoft suite products.

Must have strong technical skills. Familiarity with linear and logistic regression, generalized linear models, decision trees, clustering, and other machine learning techniques. The candidate must possess the ability to tell a complete story based on learnings and provide key insights to help make strategic decisions.

Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Must be legally allowed to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
