The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the development and execution of effective marketing campaigns & tactics, supporting lead generation and enhancing the AutoCruitment brand. Skilled in content creation and data analysis, the Marketing Specialist uses market data to inform and optimize omni-channel marketing strategies. This role collaborates effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and supports company events (including conferences).
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: uses a data-driven approach to campaign development and execution. Solicits feedback from internal teams including business development and analyzes market trends to inform marketing activities.
- Marketing Campaigns: builds best-in-class marketing materials as determined by business priorities. Develops content, informs strategy, and executes campaigns across diverse channels to maximize engagement and lead generation.
- Conference Support: support conferences and other company events through coordination and scheduling, material preparation, and representation as needed.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Prepare marketing materials to advance the AutoCruitment brand
- Generate leads through effective marketing campaign strategies across digital and traditional channels
- Manage social media platforms and monitor engagement
- Coordinate with business development and service delivery teams to align messaging and promotional efforts
- Assist with event planning
- Monitor market trends and capture relevant data
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required
- At least 2+ years of marketing experience required
- 1+ year working in a small, growing organization preferred
- Experience working in a healthcare-adjacent field is preferred
