  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

A mid-sized SaaS startup company is looking for a motivated IT Manager to join their growing team! This individual will have 1 FTE direct report and 1 offshore direct report. They will be responsible for leadership & team management, IT strategy & planning, security & compliance, budget & vendor management, L1/L2/L3 technical support for internal staff, and reporting & documentation. This role is a fully remote 12-month contract to hire paying between $55/hr and $78/hr based on experience and qualifications.

Required Skills & Experience

-5+ years of experience in IT Management

-Hands on asset and license inventory management experience

-Experience working in a SaaS startup environment

-Experience with End User Access Management

-Professional experience with Kandji and Intune for MDM (Mobile Device Management) and security

-Professional experience with Okta

-Professional experience with Crowdstrike

-Experience with a software tracking tool (G2 preferred)
