  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

This position does not offer immediate salary but soon can. Alpha Recon is a disruptive risk intelligence and security management technology company. We are using AI to disrupt the security space. We are hiring a highly experienced and entrepreneurial data scientist and/or SaaS technology lead in a part time role to act as the CTO of the company. We we will only be considering highly experienced candidates that have demonstrated success in data science/AI and/or SaaS industries with a particular focus on security, risk management and intelligence if possible. Hours will be remote and flexible but there are a couple of mandatory meetings per week. if you are not willing to roll up sleeves to help a boot strapped company, please don't apply. We do not need prima donnas who believe hard work on front lines is "beneath them."

This is a great opportunity to join a solid team doing disruptive work, gain upside, and to contribute in a meaningful way. Stock options will be provided and there is a near opportunity for future full time work and salary as needed and desired.

Must have the following experience:

  • At least 10 years in information technology, data science, or SaaS
  • At least one successful exit from a technology company
  • An understanding of SaaS strategy and/or data science road mapping
  • Experience with enterprise cloud based IT systems and personnel
  • Some experience with Devops
  • Flexible schedule to be available for important planning and coordination meetings
  • A degree in a technology field
  • Programming experience a plus
