Our Operations team is seeking an entry-level candidate to support our network of direct sales offices nationwide. As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing the mobility device warehouse inventory process to ensure accurate reporting and distribution. As an integral member of our dynamic team, you will take on a pivotal role in our nationwide operations support. Your primary responsibility will be handling the timely and efficient shipping of iPads to support our network of sales offices across the country. In addition to managing iPad shipments, you will also be involved in the crucial process of processing device returns to ensure accuracy of device inventory.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be handling the timely and efficient shipping of iPads to support our network of sales offices across the country. In addition to managing iPad shipments, you will also be involved in the crucial process of processing device returns to ensure accuracy of device inventory.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensuring all shipments are dispatched on schedule, meeting delivery timelines.
- Processing device returns with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Providing support to the field sales office, through coaching, troubleshooting and or escalating appropriately when needed.
- Deliver top-notch service and support to field offices through email, phone and in person communication. Tracking all communication through cases to identify trends and areas of opportunity.
- Updating appropriate device records in our Mobile Device Management (MDM) system.
- Update devices for correct access, ensuring all necessary components are included and abide by the compliance rules.
- Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date records of device inventory.
- Collaborating with vendors to manage equipment and accessory inventory effectively.
- Keeping device inventory records organized and updated in Salesforce.
- Handling invoices for lost, stolen, and broken device inventory.
- Understanding the importance of urgency and effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Other duties as assigned based on departmental needs.

- Associates degree or equivalent work experience

- This is an in-office position Monday-Friday (Agoura Hills, CA.)
- While performing duties of this job, the team member is occasionally required to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time, and work at a computer for long periods of time.
