Description

The Yardi Applications Trainer will serve as both a trainer and a functional support resource, playing a key role in facilitating the successful adoption and utilization of the Yardi Product Suite. This position involves delivering tailored training sessions to stakeholders, creating comprehensive training materials, and providing ongoing support to ensure stakeholders are equipped to fully leverage the software capabilities. The Trainer will work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment that emphasizes implementing scalable solutions aligned with CHA’s overall business strategy.

Summary Of Accountabilities

  • Determining training objectives based on business process analysis, technology assessment, and strategic information systems planning.
  • Customizing training programs to address the specific needs and skill levels of various user groups within the CHA.
  • Delivering software training sessions through in-person, virtual, or hybrid formats, ensuring alignment with learning objectives.
  • Continuously updating training materials to reflect the latest software features, updates, and industry best practices.
  • Prepare and maintaining the learning environment, including training IDs, data, and resources.
  • Analyzing training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and performance data to continuously improve content and delivery.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to align training initiatives with business goals and individual learning needs.
  • Staying up to date with emerging technologies, trends, and tools to incorporate innovative training methods.
  • Providing functional and technical support for issue identification, resolution, and post-innovative training methods.
  • Maintaining accurate training records and tracking trainee progress and performance.
  • Supporting organizational change management initiatives by assisting users in adopting new processes and technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. A minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in developing and implementing training programs is preferred. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, and highly organized.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite is required. Working knowledge with Yardi Voyager 7, RENTCafé and SharePoint. Knowledge of Public Housing regulations is essential.

Strong management, presentation, and analytical skills are required. The candidate must possess exceptional verbal, interpersonal, and written communication.

Salary Range: $75,000 – 85,000

Grade: S8
