Arthrex is actively seeking an SAP Security Analyst Lead who works directly with the IT departments within Arthrex. We are seeking an SAP Security Analyst Lead that is experienced in SAP HANA and FIORI application management, with a strong focus on overseeing and managing SAP landscapes in alignment with security policies and role/user access assignments. Responsible for role maintenance, audit support, policy compliance, and user access management to facilitate the migration of applications, systems, platforms, and services utilizing IAM services. Ensures strict adherence to corporate policies and SAP best practices regarding security configurations. Possesses a comprehensive understanding of SAP Security, coupled with the ability to strategically manage projects and implement policy updates related to SAP access control. Main Objective:
The SAP Security Analyst is part of a team responsible for controlling and granting access to users based on job roles and responsibilities in Arthrex s SAP systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Build, maintain, and administer security access and controls in Arthrex SAP landscapes.
* Work with internal customers and IT teams to help identify correct user access and roles for systems in the SAP system landscape.
* Ensure that changes to roles and system are tested, approved, and completed according to company standards, including regulatory and compliance requirements.
* Act as an expert in providing SAP application security support.
Additional Duties & Responsibilities:
* Develop a centralized process for SAP security role administration in a multi-instance environment.
* Work with other IT teams to understand requirements, trends, and strategy to support business projects of moderate complexity and scope.
* Design and maintain security roles across all landscapes globally to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place and achieve targeted Service Level Agreements, audit compliance, and defined performance metrics.
* Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to drive process efficiencies.
* Manage projects and ensure task deadlines are met.
* Architect and drive security and process change to add business value.
* Work with other IT teams to understand requirements, trends, and strategy to support business projects of moderate to high complexity and scope.
* Refine existing methodology to update specific security activities and responsibilities.
* Provide oversight and direction to SAP Security Analyst.
Specialized Skills:
* 8 + years of SAP Security Design, Implementation and Administration experience
* Must have project experience on global SAP roll outs and implementation
* Experience with S4 HANA roll out.
* Experience in FIORI application maintenance.
* Experience with Segregation of Duties (SOD) resolution
* Strong understanding of authorization concept
* Working knowledge of multiple SAP functional areas including OTC, FI, SCM, QA, HR
* Experience with user provisioning, role creation, and maintenance
* Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
* Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a complex environment
* Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred (Medical Device manufacturing experience is a plus)
Education/Experience:
* Bachelor s degree required
* 8 + years of relevant work experience required
