Our client, a leader in the life sciences and diagnostics industry, is looking for a Data Analyst - Product Performance based in Indianapolis, IN.
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Position is a hybrid role)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Diabetes Care Indianapolis Manufacturing Product Performance team with software applications supporting manufacturing processes.
- Develop reports and visualizations, analyze data, and provide process improvement recommendations.
- Work independently and collaborate with team members to investigate solutions.
- Exchange technical information across sites and networks.
- Administer COTS applications for proper performance.
- Interact with IT teams (Active Directory, Windows Server, SQL, etc.).
- Use ServiceNow for incident and change management.
- Support automation and simplification of processes.
- Assist in managing complex systems and interfaces.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in SAS or other data analysis tools.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience, ideally gained during college studies or post-graduation, demonstrating proficiency in analytics and data visualization.
- 2+ years of experience in systems development and manufacturing support in Life Sciences would be preferred.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, laboratory data systems, and quality analytics.
- Strong networking knowledge (VLANs, SNMP, switches, firewalls).
- Proven troubleshooting skills in manufacturing.
