Citrix NetScaler Admin

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and configuring Citrix ADC (NetScaler) for load balancing, application delivery, and security. They will develop and implement load balancing strategies to optimize application performance and availability while collaborating closely with network architects and firewall administrators to migrate existing configurations to new hardware in a data center.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage Citrix ADC (NetScaler) for load balancing and application delivery
• Configure and migrate load balancing solutions to new hardware in a data center environment
• Monitor system performance, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues
• Apply patches, updates, and upgrades to Citrix ADC appliances
• Troubleshoot and resolve Citrix ADC performance and configuration issues
• Collaborate with network and application teams to resolve complex technical challenges
• Implement and maintain security configurations in alignment with organizational policies
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6-8 years of experience in planning, designing, implementing, and supporting network devices
• Expertise with Citrix NetScaler Load Balancer
• Experience working with Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access points
• Experience transferring configurations on Cisco Catalyst 9400 or similar network devices
