  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled OpenText EDI Specialist to manage and maintain EDI integrations within our business processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OpenText (formerly GXS) platforms and be proficient in EDI mapping, testing, and troubleshooting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data exchange between internal and external systems. Additionally, you will oversee EDI processes, monitor data flows, and support system enhancements and updates.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage EDI transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Configure, monitor, and maintain OpenText EDI integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues.
  • Perform testing and validation of EDI mapping and data flow.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize data exchanges and EDI solutions.
  • Provide support and training to end-users as needed.
  • Assist in system upgrades and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with OpenText EDI platform.
  • Strong understanding of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT).
  • Familiarity with EDI mapping and communication protocols (AS2, FTP).
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
