  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Talent Groups in Phoenix, AZ is leading the search for a Lead Data Engineer of Digital Engineering for a large company within the retail/restaurant industry. The Lead Data Engineer will oversee our data operations team and ensure the smooth functioning of our data infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of contractors, optimizing data pipelines, and maintaining data quality. You will ensure timely delivery of key data assets that enable our business and allow us to delight our customers.

This is a direct hire position that will be 100% remote with flexibility to support multiple time zones.

To be immediately and seriously considered for this exceptional career opportunity, you must have the following:

  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on data operations.
  • Multiple years leading teams, providing guidance and effectively executing deliverables
  • Expertise in SQL, Python, and data warehousing technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).
  • Expertise as a lead on creating, defining and driving the data engineering solutions for operations
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure).
  • Experience with data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes Boomi Experience is a plus
  • Must have experience within ecommerce for either retail, hospitality, or restaurant
