  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Incentive Compensation solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong techno-functional knowledge in Oracle EBS and OIC, with a proven track record of delivering compensation solutions for sales teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in designing and configuring solutions in Oracle EBS Incentive Compensation (OIC).
  • Strong proficiency in OIC data models, compensation plans, and transaction processing.
  • Experience leading Discovery workshops, gathering business requirements, and preparing user stories.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating and implementing new compensation plans, including writing formulas and configuring plan elements.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales compensation principles and a broad-based understanding of sales planning.
  • Advanced skills in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and interface development.
  • Proven ability to coordinate UAT with business teams and manage project deployments effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a global or enterprise-scale environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
