The Washington, DC office of a highly ranked lobbying firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the firm’s Chairman. This well known Policy Director has dedicated his career to public service and has an excellent reputation for treating his colleagues and staff well. The Chairman’s work is primarily focused on International Business and Foreign Affairs.
Primary Job Tasks:
- Calendar Management
- Scheduling – Ensuring he is not overbooked for meetings & events.
- Meeting Preparation – Preparing meeting materials.
- Email Correspondence – Reviewing emails, flagging important emails, replying on his behalf if necessary.
- FARA Filings
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of high-level Executive Assistant support experience
- Minimum 1 year experience working on Capitol Hill, with preference for someone passionate about Republican policies.
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal & written
- Bachelor’s degree
