Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced D365 F&O Team Lead to oversee our AX 2012 environment before assisting with a large-scale D365 F&O implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AX 2012 and D365 for Supply Chain, hands-on experience with finance and supply chain modules, and a strategic mindset for leading ERP transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support AX 2012 operations, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to optimize finance & supply chain processes.
- Contribute to data migration, system upgrades, and integration efforts in preparation for D365 F&O.
- Oversee the transition to D365 F&O, including requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and vendors to ensure a smooth D365 SCM rollout.
- Provide technical leadership, user training, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in AX 2012 and/or D365 F&O, with a focus on supply chain and finance modules.
- Strong understanding of ERP implementations, data migration, and process optimization.
- Experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
