  • Manage daily accounting operations, supporting business growth through sound financial management and strategic decision-making.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative environment while working closely with executive leadership to align financial goals with company objectives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
  • Proven experience in an accounting leadership role with a strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
  • Extensive experience in multi-location accounting management, managing the complexities of cross-location operations.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Industry experience in marine, automotive, or a similar field is a plus, but not required.
