Clinical Applications IT Support Manager
Role Overview:
* Position: Client Support Manager
* Compensation: $100K
* Location Preference: Middle Tennessee preferred
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee ticket triage, resolution, and escalation processes for clinical application and client portal support
* Provide direct support and leadership, stepping in as needed (hands-on "player-coach" model)
* Identify trends in support requests to distinguish isolated incidents from systemic issues
* Work cross-functionally to improve service delivery and customer experience
Qualifications:
* Strong client communication skills to support clinical users
* Technical or application knowledge to analyze and escalate issues appropriately
* Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Help Scout, or similar)
* Healthcare tech experience highly preferred (especially EMRs or other clinical applications)
* Exposure to knowledge base management and learning management systems is a plus
* Experience with user administration for applications
* Familiarity with Slack and self-service BI tools (Looker, Qlik, Tableau, Power BI) for data reporting
