Key Responsibilities:
Automation Strategy & Design:
Develop and implement automation strategies for enterprise tools (SAP, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Oracle, Workday) to enhance business operations and workflows.
Create detailed automation architectures that integrate with existing enterprise systems, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and security.
Work closely with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities to drive operational efficiency.
Process Automation Development:
Leverage RPA (Robotic Process Automation), or COTS tools such as Tricentis Tosca, AccelQ, Worksoft Certify, or Copado to automate routine tasks within SAP, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Oracle, and Workday.
Build and maintain automation scripts, workflows, and connectors to integrate with enterprise applications.
Conduct system analysis and design automation solutions to streamline business processes and reduce manual effort.
Integration and Optimization:
Ensure seamless integration between automation solutions and existing enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Oracle, Workday).
Optimize business processes and workflows, ensuring high performance, low latency, and minimal downtime.
Troubleshoot, debug and resolve issues related to automation integrations.
Collaboration & Leadership:
Collaborate with IT teams, business analysts, and application owners to define automation requirements and deliverables.
Lead and mentor junior automation engineers, providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders on automation best practices and tools.
Continuous Improvement:
Monitor automation performance and make adjustments to improve efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure best practices and innovation in automation.
Documentation & Reporting:
Document automation processes, integration details, and troubleshooting steps for future reference and continuous improvement.
Provide regular status updates and reports on automation performance to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in enterprise applications, with significant expertise in automating processes in SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, and/or Workday.
Strong hands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) or COTS tools such as Tricentis Tosca, AccelQ, Worksoft Certify, Copado, etc.,
Proficiency in integration technologies (e.g., API, web services, middleware).
Deep understanding of business process automation principles and methodologies.
Solid programming skills (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, SQL).
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Good to have:
Certification in one or more of the following: SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Workday.
Experience with AI/ML driven automation techniques.
Familiarity with enterprise-level security standards and best practices
