  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About You

KorTerra is looking for a mid-level Front End Engineer with experience working within Agile teams to build high-quality cloud-first solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in problem-solving and developing flexible/scalable solutions.

What You’ll Get To Do
  • Develop high-quality software applications that are secure, performant, and rock solid
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new products, processes, standards, or operational plans that will have an impact on the achievement of functional results
  • Help with software deployments and troubleshooting outside of normal hours as needed
  • Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to your peers in an open and positive manner
  • Collaborate with a team of software developers, Product Owners, and Product Managers during innovation, design, and development exercises
  • Help advance our software to the next level of quality by designing, implementing, and creating products that work in a cloud-based, multi-tenant, secure environment
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of Software Development experience with JavaScript and React
  • Experience with NodeJS
  • Ability to write professional, documented, and tested code
  • Ability to write unit test
  • Strong analytical and collaborative mindset
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Have
  • Experience with hybrid mobile app development
  • Experience working in a Scrum/Agile environment is preferred
  • Experience with web workers, service workers, and front-end unit testing
  • Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) using tools like BitBucket, and Azure DevOps
  • Experience developing solutions that use modern Software Architecture Patterns
  • Experience with Behavior and Test Driven Development (BDD and TDD)
  • Experience with Electron and Capacitor
