We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about human resources and looking to contribute to the growth and development of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR team in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools, training, and documentation to succeed
  • Process and maintain employee benefits, including health insurance, leave requests, and other employee services
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and company procedures
  • Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews and disciplinary actions
  • Help coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth
  • Administer payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  • Assist in organizing company events, wellness programs, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Maintain HR databases, generating reports and supporting other administrative HR functions as needed
  • Ensure that all HR documents are compliant with applicable labor laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or administrative roles (internship experience is welcomed)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage
  • High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others
