PeopleSoft Federal Developer
NewGen is seeking a Senior Developer to support development and integration- designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting system enhancements. Ideal person will be able to propose solutions to user requests, design and develop those solutions, and work with business users to conduct and complete User Acceptance Testing and deployment activities.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 10 years experience
Bachelor s Degree
PeopleSoft Federal experience
Experience with working at least at 2 Federal agencies implementing or support PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor and Performance Management
Experience working with PeopleSoft 9.2 North America Payroll for Federal Government
Experience managing large complex enterprise system migration projects (greater than 25000 users)
PeopleSoft HCM development experience PeopleTools, SQR, Security
PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2 experience
User Acceptance Testing experience
Experience developing custom PeopleSoft solutions to meet business requirements
Experienced at business requirements analysis
Experience with HRLOB operations & procedures
