  1. Test Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy, test plans, and test cases for SAP projects.
    • Define scope, objectives, and deliverables for all testing phases, including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
    • Identify test environments and data requirements.

  2. Test Execution and Management:

    • Oversee end-to-end testing activities, including test preparation, execution, and defect tracking.
    • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure all SAP modules and integrations are tested thoroughly (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, HCM, etc.).
    • Ensure all testing meets quality standards and aligns with project timelines.

  3. Team Leadership and Coordination:

    • Lead and mentor the testing team, including assigning responsibilities, tracking progress, and providing guidance.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, functional consultants, and business stakeholders, to resolve issues.

  4. Defect Management:

    • Establish and manage a defect tracking process to log, prioritize, and resolve defects effectively.
    • Work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot and fix issues in a timely manner.
