Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to assist in migrating end-user devices from Airwatch to Microsoft Intune. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Intune and ideally Airwatch and will have excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with end-users. This is a temporary, onsite position based in Boston, and the role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth transition of devices during the migration process.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Intune and ideally Airwatch and will have excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with end-users. This is a temporary, onsite position based in Boston, and the role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth transition of devices during the migration process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with migrating devices from Airwatch to Microsoft Intune for end-users.
- Provide technical support to end-users during the migration process, addressing any issues that arise.
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure a seamless and timely migration process.
- Provide end-user training and guidance on how to use Intune for device management.
- Maintain detailed documentation of the migration process and any issues encountered.
- Report progress to the project manager and escalate issues as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Intune and Airwatch is a plus
- Strong understanding of mobile device management (MDM) and enterprise mobility management (EMM) platforms.
- Experience configuring and enrolling mobile devices (iOS, Android) into Intune.
- Knowledge of device policies, security configurations, and app deployment using Intune.
- Ability to troubleshoot device and application issues in a timely manner.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Experience in a similar migration project is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Information:
- This role requires onsite presence in Boston for the entire four-week duration.
- Hours: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexible depending on business needs).
- The specialist will work closely with IT leadership and end-users throughout the migration process.
