Primary Role: Investigation, Data Tracking & Compliance
This position assists the Investigations Manager with the investigation of potential Operations Manual and Franchise Agreement violations and conducts the necessary written and verbal follow up with relevant stakeholders. This position acts under the direct supervision of the Investigations Manager and documents all relevant compliance violations. This position works on various data collection and Brand Protection projects as necessary.

- Investigate internal findings through cameras and customer reports, verify policy violations thoroughly
- Document findings and provide detailed reports to the Manager for escalation or corrective actions
- Accurately track and document violations to ensure the Brand data stays up to date
- Identify specific problem areas or compliance trends
- Monitor store performance metrics using data to ensure adherence to company standards
- Support investigations and compliance efforts
- Relevant experience preferred
- Detail-oriented, accurate, personable, and high emotional intelligence
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Ability to be flexible with work tasks
- Ability to work on a computer for long periods of time
- Positive attitude and professional in day to day responsibilities

- 1+ years of customer service
