Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Interior Designer with 3 to 4 years of professional experience to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, collaborate with clients, and be involved in all stages of the design process. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, creative vision, and practical knowledge of interior design.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for high-end residential homes.

Collaborate with senior designers, architects, and clients to create design solutions that meet client objectives and budget requirements.

Create and present design presentations, mood boards, and visualizations using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).

Source furniture, materials, finishes, and decor ensuring selections meets design goals and budget constraints.

Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and design plans for project implementation.

Create and maintain finish schedules (paint, wallpaper, lighting, plumbing, appliances, etc.).

Keep project binders, schedules, plans and elevations coordinated and up to date.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors during the implementation phase.

Conduct site visits to ensure designs are executed to specifications and resolve any on-site issues.

Stay current on design trends, materials, and technology to bring innovative ideas to each project.

Requirements:

3 to 4 years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Experience in construction and furnishings design.

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and other relevant design tools.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client interaction skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently or as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for creative design.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with 3D rendering and visualization software.

Knowledge of design practices and materials

Previous experience managing client relationships and project timelines.
