  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

Client is seeking a temporary Financial Management Analyst to support our dynamic team. The Financial Management Analyst will play a critical role in supporting financial operations, project portfolio management, and data analysis to ensure the efficient and effective management of financial resources.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of financial management business processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including VBA.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint (e.g., document repository), and Teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and assignments.
  • Ability to prioritize concurrent and competing tasks, escalate risk/issues as needed, and communicate proactively with team members, other leads/managers, and the SAM manager.
  • Ability to work independently while also functioning well in a cross-functional team setting.
  • Experience conducting detailed financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in maintaining databases.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as SharePoint and Jira.

Preferred Skills

  • Project Management Office (PMO) experience.
  • Data visualization experience.
