IT Access Provisioning Analyst
We have a 6 month contract opportunity for an IT Access Provisioning Analyst. This role is fully remote but must work EST business hours.
Job Description:
What You Will Do: The IT Access Provisioning Analyst will be responsible for processing client security requests for new, changes, and terminations for user access to The Company applications and services. You will be responsible for the creation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of user accounts. You will need to understand user access mechanisms, Active Directory, and provisioning tools in a variety of systems and applications as used at The Company. You will regularly interact with internal and external clients; therefore, you must have excellent customer service skills, be well organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and result-focused. The candidate should be familiar with the Identity & Access management domain.

- Creating new users
- Disabling users
- Resetting passwords
- Unlocking accounts
- Account permission changes
- Adding and removing users from groups
- Managing groups
- Responding to requests for new and established The Company and business partner accounts
- Maintaining account information in multiple databases
- Providing a high level of customer service while interacting with AMITA employees and business partners
- Provisioning all user access accounts related to information systems
- Providing support functions related to verification of end-user security classes, training, and credentials
- Assisting in documenting to streamline the application account provisioning processes
- Promptly notifying IM management regarding breaches of security access policies
- Participating in project tasks as required
- Maintaining summary statistics regarding workload, etc.
- Performing other duties as assigned

qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Information Systems/Technology (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Active Directory provisioning access protocols
- Minimum 2 years' experience with electronic medical record (EMR) access protocols
- Experience with user provisioning technologies, application, and/or database security administration
- Understanding of user administration procedures
- Excellent time and project management skills, customer service and interpersonal skills, and communication (written and oral) are critical for success in this position
