Job Scope and Accountabilities:

The Content Manager position at Kahua serves a critical role in the Marketing Organization. As such, this role is critical to the success of our sales and company revenue targets. The Content manager is responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining industry thought leadership and sales enablement content to achieve our business goals.

Individuals hired as Content Managers must demonstrate a strong work ethic, team spirit and creativity to provide content to improve sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with Senior Director of Marketing to develop content strategy aligned with marketing goals

Collaborate with marketing, sales, partners and design resources to plan and develop content, including articles, PowerPoint presentations, video scripts and web pages

Manage the Kahua corporate website

Work closely with leadership to review content quality and prioritize opportunities for continuous improvement and drive the implementation of change.

Leverage Kahua subject matter experts and partners to build knowledge to improve and extend the ability to create new content

Manage time appropriately to achieve the quantity and diversity of the content that must be created

Accurate tracking and reporting of activities

Experience Required:

Demonstrate success in a Content Manager role at a software company (1 year minimum)

Demonstrate success in managing multiple initiatives effectively

Ability to work effectively with industry thought leaders, creative resources and executives

Experience in the use of sales and marketing applications to manage content (preferably WordPress and Hubspot)

Education/Professional Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Arts, Science or Engineering preferred

Excellent writing and verbal skills

Superior work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction – both internal and external
