Who You Are
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our team. This role will involve managing a variety of administrative tasks, handling communication, scheduling, and assisting with office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth day-to-day functioning.
What You'll Do
Phone and Visitor Management:
Answer incoming telephone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members. Greet visitors and callers in a professional manner, addressing inquiries or directing them to the right personnel.
Scheduling And Coordination
Schedule, confirm, and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed. Maintain and manage event and vacation calendars.
Office Supplies And Mail Management
Monitor office supply inventory, place orders when necessary, and ensure timely restocking. Open and sort incoming mail, distributing it to the appropriate personnel.
Office Organization
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and an efficient working environment in the office.
Support On Special Projects
Assist senior team members with various special projects, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.
Additional Duties
Perform other administrative duties and tasks as assigned by management.
Education
What You Bring:
Bachelorâ€s degree preferred.
Experience
3 years of relevant administrative experience.
Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Skills And Abilities
Full-time, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (On-site; no remote work available).
