About The Role
In this role, the expected results would include identifying and implementing business process improvements across the firm through the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs. These programs would aim to enhance staff capabilities, increase productivity, and drive efficiency firm-wide. The successful candidate would manage the learning and development program, including onboarding, skills training, compliance, and systems education, ensuring alignment with practice area guidelines and emerging firm needs. They would collaborate closely with leadership to design and deliver engaging workshops, manuals, videos, and other learning materials, utilizing instructional design techniques to make learning effective and engaging.
The individual would also oversee the development and delivery of a blended learning program, incorporating both instructor-led and technology-enabled coaching and training on systems, compliance, processes, and more. Additionally, they would evaluate all learning programs to showcase ROI by gathering management feedback, monitoring participation rates, and measuring proficiency improvements. Furthermore, the candidate would manage knowledge sharing platforms and other learning technologies to deliver innovative personalized learning experiences driving high engagement and completion rates.

What you"ll do
- Take charge of identifying areas for business process improvements and crafting training programs to drive widespread adoption of best practices firm-wide. Create and deliver workshops, manuals, videos, and other resources to support this initiative actively.
- Actively manage the firm"s learning and development program, covering onboarding, skills training, compliance, and systems education. Conduct thorough needs analyses, develop tailored materials, deliver impactful training sessions, and consistently measure their effectiveness.
- Lead needs assessments, design curriculum, and implement training programs aimed at elevating both individual and firm-wide capabilities.
- Provide oversight for the development of training materials and the delivery of programs catering to new hires, ongoing professional development, and firm-wide process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate directly with leadership to develop comprehensive learning programs, tools, and workshops aimed at educating staff on firm processes, systems, and software, all geared towards enhancing productivity and efficiency.
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and work closely with the DOO and Partners to design changes, creating accompanying training content to support the adoption of enhancements.
- Partner closely with firm leadership and department supervisors to gain a deep understanding of workflow processes, delivering data-driven recommendations to enhance productivity through targeted skills training and tools education.
- Develop and facilitate onboarding curriculum for new hires and establish continuing education programs designed to progressively enhance staff capabilities in alignment with practice area guidelines and emerging firm needs.
- Oversee the ongoing development and delivery of a blended learning program encompassing both instructor-led and technology-enabled coaching and training sessions covering systems, compliance, processes, and more.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration to actively track and assess training needs, secure buy-in for learning initiatives, and ensure that training effectively addresses the needs of individuals, teams, and the entire firm.
- Evaluate all learning programs by actively gathering management feedback, closely monitoring participation rates, and measuring proficiency improvements to effectively showcase return on investment.
- Manage the knowledge sharing platform and other learning technologies to deliver innovative personalized learning experiences that drive high engagement and completion rates among staff.
- Experience designing training programs and facilitating adult learning. Ability to make learning engaging through instructional design techniques.
- Strong project management, organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and high emotional intelligence to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
