Social Media and Marketing Coordinator
The Group is a New York-based hospitality group dedicated to transforming landmark locations into iconic restaurant destinations. Properties and concepts include the award-winning Omakase Room, OLIO E PIÙ, La Grande Boucherie, Boucherie West Village, Boucherie Union Square, and Petite Boucherie. The company continues to expand nationally, with new locations in Miami, Chicago, and Washington D.C., drawing inspiration from the local food scene and building long-term relationships within each community.
THE ROLE
The Marketing & Social Media Coordinator will work closely with The Group’s Marketing team to develop and execute strategies which will drive brand awareness, increase revenue in local markets, and build loyalty with guests across our brands. As we have expanded into new markets, we are looking for a dynamic team player who will help develop a national marketing plan with support complimenting each of our key cities and neighborhoods (NYC, Chicago, DC, Miami).
The role will manage social media accounts, work internally with the expanded marketing team on executing campaigns across channels; work collaboratively with operators across locations, and assist with third party agency relationships. We are a small and mighty team and are looking for someone who is looking to grow with us.
General Requirements:
- Manage marketing plans across brands including seasonal and holiday campaigns and special initiatives to drive customer engagement. Collaborate with marketing team and operators within each city to ensure all offerings are finalized and content is produced to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly.
- Manage social media calendars and schedule content for existing locations: Boucherie, Olio e Piu, Omakase Room, and The Group Hospitality.
- Plan and organize photoshoots at all sites to deliver content for social media, PR, and website updates; provide shot lists and work closely with operations team, marketing, and photographers to ensure seamless execution.
- Assist with developing guest loyalty initiatives and email marketing campaigns to enhance guest retention and encourage repeat visits.
- Assists with PR requests; coordinate with agencies to manage logistics for press opportunities, media dinners, and events.
- Partner with events teams to deliver marketing support as needed across social, digital campaigns, and paid opportunities.
- Collaborate with the expanded marketing team to ensure all initiatives are reflected across digital channels and platforms.
- Proficient in Graphic Design at an intermediate level, able to update menus and assist with other graphic design needs for last minute changes and updates.
- Assist with marketing budget management and expense tracking

- Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
