Key Responsibilities

  • Build Long-Term Relationships: Regularly follow up with clients to review their needs, update policies, and ensure continuous support
  • Uphold Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and adhere to industry regulations and company policies

Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in both verbal and written communication with active listening abilities
  • Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable with digital tools, applications, and virtual meeting platforms
