Position: Director of Franchise Recruitment
Summary:
Promote the brand’s continuous growth by organizing franchise sales activity, and supporting Real Estate, and Design/Construction to allow the franchisees to move through the development process as efficiently as possible while having a positive experience. Influence systems and process of the development team members to ensure smooth transitions between departments to increase pipeline velocity.
Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:
- Reports to VP Franchise Recruitment
- Pre-qualify leads that come into our CRM and set up an appointment with the Director of Franchise sales if they are qualified.
- Track and report on all lead activity in our franconnect CRM tool.
- Assist VP of Franchise Recruitment with lead generation marketing budget execution and management of our outside lead gen marketing firm.
- Coordinate and lead prospective franchisees coming to Discovery Day and ensure an outstanding experience.
- Follow up with franchisees directly that are in the development process as needed to help move their projects forward.
- Coordinate successful showings at trade shows to attract new franchisees.
- Work with Franchise Recruitment, Real Estate and Design/Construction to ensure that our pipeline information is up to date and accurate in franconnect
- Assist with system and process improvement within the development department by mapping functions to streamline process.
- Assist VP to prepare slide decks for reporting to C-Suite and P.E. Board
- Assist with document management in franconnect to ensure all franchising information in the system is correct and up to date.
- Collaborate with the BoeFly team in recommending financing for prospective franchisees.
- Send and track FDDs, applications, agreements, and other relevant documents.
- Other job duties as assigned to assist the Franchise Development Department
