POSITION SUMMARY:

Working for a large PE backed company, you will help the further development of the FP&A function —analyzing trends, refining forecasts, and providing leadership with the insights they need to drive growth. If you enjoy working with numbers, solving problems, and collaborating across teams, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze financial performance to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities, ensuring leadership has the right data to make informed decisions.
  • Prepare and present financial reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting by developing financial models that help refine projections and align resources with business priorities.
  • Conduct variance analysis to explain the differences between actual performance and expectations, identifying key drivers.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track trends, helping to optimize financial and operational strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams across the company to gather financial data, improve reporting accuracy, and streamline processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies while looking for ways to enhance efficiency and reporting clarity.
  • Leverage financial tools and systems such as SAP, Excel, and other analytics platforms to manage data and reporting.
  • Contribute to strategic planning efforts by providing financial insights that guide growth initiatives.
  • Take on ad hoc projects and provide financial analysis to support key business decisions.
