Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years in a role (or roles) focused on TWO or more of the following: operational processes, billing, accounting, order management, data entry/management/hygiene, business operations
- Strong understanding and experience with all or parts of the order-to-cash process
- Basic knowledge/understanding of MS office or G-suite, specificially Excel/Sheets.
- Must know how to format and work with system reports that are exported to Excel/Sheets.
- Experience utilizing SalesForce (FinancialForce PSA platform a plus).
- Experience "owning" processe(s), consistently analyzing those processes against ever changing business needs and suggesting/spearheading updates to said processes.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.

- Strong communication skills (frequently communicates with management and occasionally, customers)
- Quick learner
- Extremely detail oriented
- Able to take direction and follow outlined policies, process guides and instructions
Additional role, initiative and group information:
- The Professional Services Billing Operations Analyst reports to the Director of Professional Services Operations and is responsible for supporting and managing several administrative, reporting & accounting tasks within the Global Services/Customer Success organization.
- She/He/They will have the responsibility of being a back-up to the more senior operations analysts, as it pertains to the services team, with a focus on newly created processes and needs.
- The ideal candidate will be highly data driven, intellectually curious, a fast learner, have basic accounting knowledge and able to move quickly while keeping focus on high impact projects with limited direction and supervision.
- Identify, communicate, and manage risks associated with projects.
- Identify business or customer requirements and information technology alternatives.
- Create project plans for information technology development and testing.
- Translate requirements into new information technology project specifications.
- 3 years of experience are required.
