What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Coordinate with clients to gather all relevant information necessary to respond to unemployment claims
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive responses to unemployment claims to maximize successful outcomes
  • Field, assess, and respond to requests for additional information from state agencies
  • Develop partnerships with client contacts and coach them on processes for successful outcomes
  • Analyze unfavorable determinations and advise clients on appeal likelihood
