Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workforce Manager/ UKG Pro WFM /Dimensions
- including project planning, system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and develop effective solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing workforce management processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization and automation.
- Configure and customize Workforce Manager/ UKG Pro WFM /Dimensions
- modules and functionality based on business requirements, ensuring accurate and efficient time and attendance tracking, scheduling, labor management, and reporting.
- Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure successful integration of Workforce Manager/UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions with existing systems and applications.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials to support the implementation and ongoing usage of Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions.
- Conduct training sessions and provide end-user support to ensure a smooth transition and maximize user adoption.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during the implementation phase and post-implementation support.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Workforce Manager/ UKG Pro WFM /Dimensions, recommending enhancements and system optimizations.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in successfully leading end-to-end implementations of Workforce Manager/ UKG Pro WFM /Dimensions or similar workforce management systems.
- Strong understanding of workforce management processes, including time and attendance, scheduling, labor management, and reporting.
- Proficient in system configuration and customization of Workforce Manager/ UKG Pro WFM /Dimensions modules.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and develop effective solutions.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
- Ability to provide training, user support, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing system usage.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
