Position: Workforce Manager/ UKG Pro WFM

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workforce Manager/ UKG Pro WFM /Dimensions

  • including project planning, system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and develop effective solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing workforce management processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization and automation.
  • Configure and customize Workforce Manager/ UKG Pro WFM /Dimensions
  • modules and functionality based on business requirements, ensuring accurate and efficient time and attendance tracking, scheduling, labor management, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure successful integration of Workforce Manager/UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions with existing systems and applications.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials to support the implementation and ongoing usage of Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide end-user support to ensure a smooth transition and maximize user adoption.
  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during the implementation phase and post-implementation support.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Workforce Manager/ UKG Pro WFM /Dimensions, recommending enhancements and system optimizations.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in successfully leading end-to-end implementations of Workforce Manager/ UKG Pro WFM /Dimensions or similar workforce management systems.
  • Strong understanding of workforce management processes, including time and attendance, scheduling, labor management, and reporting.
  • Proficient in system configuration and customization of Workforce Manager/ UKG Pro WFM /Dimensions modules.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
  • Ability to provide training, user support, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing system usage.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
