  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain valuation models for private companies & public warrants
  • Lead fund interest valuations & prepare reports for internal meetings & LPs
  • Support audits, financial reporting & process improvements

What You Bring:

  • 3–5 years in private company valuation, audit, or financial modeling
  • Strong Excel & data analysis skills + ability to interpret financials & legal docs
  • Familiarity with DCF, comparable analysis, and complex capital structures
  • PE/VC experience & valuation credential (ABV, CFA, ASA) or CPA preferred
