POSITION: Digital Marketing Communications Specialist

JOB SUMMARY: This role is for a Sr Marketing Communcations Specialist.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting communications governance framework across Digital channels. Promotes standardization of processes, standards, systems and data. This role will focus on the Letters channel consisting of legally required communications that can be sent as email or print to customers. Supports channel growth through process enablement and evolution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer messaging (primarily marketing but also legal)

Collaborating with different business units for fulfillment kits

Documenting and presenting messaging requirements to the technical team

Project management for small projects and continuous improvement

Review post campaign KPI results and next steps.

Serves as back up for Letters intake process

  • Executes a review and consultation for communication owners on new or updated Letter requests and provides the guidelines/rules and best practices to be followed (from ideation through to execution) ensuring Letters are managed in a compliant way

Assists with Letters Attribute Management

  • Ensure accuracy of Letter attributes for 2,000+ Letters.
  • Management and tracking of key items such as Letter Owner, legally required status, impacted regulations, Letter SLAs, PO Box, etc.
  • Partner with team to define future state for an automated attribute management process

Insert Grid Management

  • Ensure accuracy of inserts currently in production for printed Letters

Various Letter Activities

  • Assists with projects to drive process improvements and enhancements which reduce risk within the channel.
  • Ensures documentation is up to date in regards to new processes and changes to existing processes
  • Letter Control updates - Update control language across the enterprise ensuring accuracy. Currently 20+ controls need language updates
  • Responsible for closing communication projects that are completed

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors degree

Background in finance/banking is preferred.
