- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Utilize knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Active Directory, Azure, and Office 365 to identify qualified candidates.
- Screen candidates for basic networking skills, understanding of protocols such as DNS and DHCP, and familiarity with hardware from vendors like Dell and HP.
- Evaluate candidates' knowledge of basic firewall configurations and security principles.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates for cultural fit and technical expertise.
- Build a strong network of IT professionals in Latin America through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and referral programs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and technical skills needed.
- Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interview schedules.
- Offer guidance and negotiate job offers with candidates to ensure a competitive compensation package.
- Stay current with the latest recruitment strategies and best practices in the IT industry.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Ability to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
- Flexibility to adjust to changing recruitment needs and market conditions.
- Proficiency with HR technologies and recruitment ATSs.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Internal Recruiter with a focus on IT roles, within the US and Latin America regions.
- Strong understanding of IT terminologies and requirements, including Microsoft OS, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Degree/Diploma or Certifications in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
