Job Description Summary

The Field Superintendent is responsible for all field activities related to the projects that they are assigned to. Additionally, the person filling this position will proactively work to provide input and action to improve the overall company delivery method and client experience. Wolf21 prides itself in providing exceptional service to its clients while being an asset to the success of its subcontractor trade partners. This person will coordinate with the Project Manager and other support staff to deliver the best possible product on time and on budget.

This person must be thorough and detail oriented. They must follow projects through to completion and communicate thoroughly and professionally with all parties on the job site.

It is critical that this individual be able to accommodate a variety of standards between projects and handle multiple tasks seamlessly. Flexibility and communication are key attributes for this position.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Prioritize safety and jobsite upkeep

· Coordinate scheduling of subcontractors, consultants, inspectors and vendors

· All aspects of quality control and adherence to construction documents

· Review existing conditions, document discrepancies and schedule and communicate concerns directly to Wolf21 support staff

· Receive and inspect materials upon delivery at jobsite and report problems to Project Manager

· Ensure quality standards of workmanship on jobsite at start of project and beyond

· Identify and resolve problems and conflicts

· Maintain daily logs

· Adhere to safety protocols and procedures and keep track of safety equipment stock on site

· Execute punch list on job site and ensure completion

· Understand and manage jobsite schedule

· Maintain project schedule

· Understand and manage to and within budget

· Understand and implement standard of care

· Be able to multi-task and operate on overlapping projects

Compensation is based on experience and includes retirement match, health, dental, vision, life and AD&D benefits.
