Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Aspen Capital Cost Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed capital cost estimates for various projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires advanced experience with the Aspen Capital Cost Estimator software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed capital cost estimates from conceptual to detailed engineering phases.
  • Interface with proposals, engineering, procurement, contracts, and construction teams to assess key deliverables and timelines.
  • Utilize Aspen Capital Cost Estimator software to create consistent and accurate cost models.
  • Review procurement pricing for equipment and bulk materials, and evaluate bids for subcontract packages.
  • Prepare detailed basis of estimates and estimate review packages, including risk analysis and contingency recommendations.
  • Provide guidance and specialized assistance for resolving complex estimating problems.
  • Ensure estimate quality and integrity, incorporating lessons learned and historical performance data.
  • Present estimate review packages to management and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and coach junior estimating professionals to maximize performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Advanced experience with Aspen Capital Cost Estimator software.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and coordinate multinational teams.
  • Experience in delivering estimates globally is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with AACEI Class I to Class V estimates.
  • Open to EPC and Owner Operator Background
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in cost estimating.
  • Experience with digital tools and innovations in cost estimation.
