A communal conference space and office space with private desk and firm laptop are provided.

Qualifications:

- Ethical, organized, professional, accountable, and compassionate.

- Résumé and cover letter required for application.

- Experience with or willingness and ability to learn Microsoft Office 365, Clio Grow, Clio Manage, LexisNexis, court filing systems, and more.

- Permanent US work authorization.

- Written and oral communication skills.

- Comfortable speaking on the phone, through video conference, and in-person.

Considerations:

- Position available for immediate hire. Start date may be negotiable.

- Applicants will be interviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled. In-person interviews are preferred.

- Full-time or part-time may be negotiable.

- Practice is primarily based in King and Snohomish Counties, but cases in other WA State counties may be accepted.

- Current areas of practice primarily include child welfare (CPS investigations, dependency, minor guardianship, adoption); administrative (DCYF founded findings); and family law (legal separation, dissolution of marriage, contempt, establishment of parentage, parenting plans, child support); protection orders; and more.

Primary responsibilities may include:

- Conduct and log prospective client intakes.

- Communication (written and oral) with clients, witnesses, experts, attorneys, court personnel, and other parties.

- Facilitate management of discovery, client documents, calendars, and deadlines.

- Organize, file, and serve case documents.
