  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client, a leader in the Health and Beauty industry is seeking a Order Analyst to assist the Supply Chain team Company located in the Montgomeryville area, IN OFFICE position. This is a great entry level position for anyone with a Supply Chain degree. Recent college grads are encouraged to apply. We will only consider LOCAL candidates to the Philadelphia area.

No H1B Visa support, no relocation package available.

General responsibilities:

Learn multiple application portals and computer systems to work in

Order entry of customer accounts

Process credit applications

Communicating to suppliers via email or phone call

Assist the Supply Chain team, Office Team, Warehouse teams on overflow of paperwork

Use of excel spreadsheets to keep tracking orders shipping routes

Monitor, review and appeal chargebacks and fees associated with retail chains.

Assist in processing documents for customs

Assist in returns and credits

Assist in accounts receivable of outstanding invoices

Enter in new customer accounts

Assist in trade show and marketing events preparations.

Filing for office staff.

Qualification / Requirements:

Bachelors degree

Excellent communications skills both written and oral.

Computer skill sets

Communicate and work well across all departments.

Reliable transportation to work.
