  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Accurately follow up on unpaid and underpaid claims, correcting and reprocessing claims for timely payment
  • Research claim denials to determine reasons and initiate necessary appeals
  • Identify root causes of denial trends and recommend solutions to prevent future occurrences
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights on denial trends and improve workflow processes
  • Meet established productivity and quality metrics for the Accounts Receivable department

What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Graduate/GED required; Technical School/2 Years College/Associates Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in healthcare revenue cycle
  • Knowledge of healthcare billing, CPT/ICD-10 coding, and claim submission requirements
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy skills
