  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Director of Human Resources is responsible for leading and managing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and benefits administration. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive workplace culture and conflict resolution.
  • Lead performance management processes, including evaluations and career development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
  • Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure data confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5-10 years of HR leadership experience,.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
