Job Summary:

The Director of Human Resources is responsible for leading and managing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and benefits administration. This role ensures alignment of HR strategies with organizational goals while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive workplace culture and conflict resolution.
  • Lead performance management processes, including evaluations and career development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5-10 years of HR leadership experience,.

  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
