Kearney Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Americas marketing team in executing marketing strategies and initiatives. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can manage multiple projects/events, develop innovative solutions, and effectively communicate with senior management and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and developing innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders, sharing ideas and resources to achieve common goals.
- Provide guidance and feedback to junior team members, while seeking and responding positively to feedback on own performance.
- Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, delivering clear presentations and facilitating team meetings.
- Build and maintain strong networks within and outside the organization, addressing stakeholder concerns and managing expectations.
- Exercise good judgment in decision-making, identifying and resolving issues independently or escalating as needed.
- Deliver end to end support for key practice and region-specific events including getting key client attendance, through managing post event follow up
- Provide quarterly report outs against practice marketing KPI’s, and work with marketing leadership to make strategic recommendations to business leads.

Marketing Coordinator Compensation - $64,400 – 74,000
It is important to note that at Kearney, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills. Kearney reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness. In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
